Joseline Hernandez was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1986. Her family moved to Florida when she was six. Her father died from a heroin overdose before the move. Reality star Joseline Hernandez was sued by Beach Place Apartments, the posh Miami apartment complex she rented from, in 2019 for unpaid rent. The apartment complex claimed that Hernandez failed to pay $2,056 a month rent on her two-bedroom apartment and owed a total of $2,375. Beach Place Apartments also added Hernandez’s landlord’s lawyer fees to the lawsuit.
Beach Place Apartments said that they left a notice demanding the rent from Hernandez outside her apartment door, but she never paid up. Hernandez had yet to respond to the lawsuit in court when her landlords decided to drop the case. It was reported that they dropped the lawsuit against the reality star.
